During December 2025 & January 2026 Allow up to 15 Business Days for orders to be packaged and shipped out

business days are Monday - Friday

We are not responsible for any shipping delays or any products that are lost, stolen or arrive damaged during transportation

If there is a problem with your item/s and it was a mistake on our part, you must email us within 5 business days after the package is delivered

no cancellations accepted once order is placed

If your package is lost or stolen :

Call the carrier to obtain specific details on your package, you are able to file a report and follow up with them
